One Row Of Lace...

That's all there is to this One Row Lace Scarf; it's an easy pattern and simple to memorize...

I used up all my blue and white bits of Sugar 'n Cream cotton (approx. 200 yards / 193 metres) and followed the pattern as written. It's light and airy and just right for summer. Final measurements are 5.5 in / 15 cm x 56 in / 1.4 m...

Hydrangea row...

They mostly all popped out within two days; some are still in the pale stages...

and others are in full bloom...

A rare sunny day in the harbour...

Even the squirrels are soggy from the rain...

Not to worry though; the rain is lovely in its own way and our grass is green and needs no watering (and that's a good thing because we never do water it). Time now to wander off somewhere and do something so I'll wish you a peaceful week, dear reader, and hope to see you soon.

It's about learning to dance in the rain.”
