Big and Small...

A 9mm (N) hook and 100 yds / 91 m of big yarn can make you a Fiona Button Scarf which converts easily into a cuddly cowl with just one big button...

The yarn is a thrift shop find with no label, but it's incredibly warm and soft...

The world's biggest post box has been set up in the city centre, ready for Santa's letters (a friend kindly posed in front)...

Big storm clouds on the horizon...

On the other end of the size spectrum, Basil is sporting a wee woolly cap and muffler in festive colours...

and little black squirrel is fattening up on peanuts...

It's been a wet and chilly December on the coast with no snow yet; however, I do have a bazillion photos from past winters to browse through...and one can always dream...

Wishing you a peaceful week dear reader.

the size of your dream and how you handle disappointment along the way."
