On The Edge...

Winter is edging closer here on the coast, especially along the river..

The hydrangeas have been trimmed back in preparation for their long sleep...

The squirrels are visiting daily and competing for any peanuts we throw them...

This is my favourite time between autumn and winter, right on the edge of both seasons...

A splash of festive colours from the crochet hook: the Luxe Washcloth...

and a Tulip Stitch Cloth, both in Sugar 'n Cream cotton...

Quiet time in the harbour...

and now it's time for my rest, dear reader, so I'll wish you a peaceful week and hope to see you soon.

When the bold branches
Bid farewell to rainbow leaves -
Welcome wool sweaters.
